The Continuous Improvement Community of Practice (CI CoP), part of the Enterprise Continuous Improvement (ECI) Program, fosters a collaborative environment for individuals passionate about continuous improvement (CI). As CI allies and advocates, members share knowledge, collaborate, and exchange best practices. Through regular engagement, members enhance their CI capabilities and drive organizational excellence.

Recommended PrerequisitesNot all presentations will be introductory. We recommend some foundation in improvement methodologies before joining the CI CoP. Some of these recommendations include:

How to Join
The CI CoP meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of every other month, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending, send an email to DOASMP@wisconsin.gov. They will share the meeting invite with you and add you to the DOA_TEAM_CI CoP channel, granting you access to past presentations and the member network.
