The State of Wisconsin Continuous Improvement Program hosts an enterprise-wide community of practice, where we come together once every two months to discuss continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and ideas. We also highlight projects from the various agencies and review different concepts taught in our continuous improvement courses. In this community, we help you learn how to improve processes, learn technology, and build connections.
This community is open to all state employees who are interested, but it is by no means required. You can decide to come to one, none, or all!
Things we have covered in our meetings include:
- Digitizing forms
- Process mapping
- Project planning using charters and Gantt charts
- Automating flows using PowerAutomate
- And much more!
